Please help me get an accurate DTE bill. I've dealt with DTE for years with no problems and paid my bills on time. Around the end of 2017 they installed a new meter and the issues started. I wasn't billed for months and I've spent several hours on the telephone with DTE reps since the beginning of the year. Those are well documented. I'm always assured that someone will get back to me with answers to my questions. That has not happened. Most recently, I received a voicemail from Cassandra at DTE (313-235-0000) telling me that a consultant will be assigned to my issues and get in touch with me. That call was made September 20 and still no follow-up. Over the months some credits have been issued to my account. I want to pay what I owe and understand that the bills are accurate. Then, I'll look forward to again having automatic payment for my DTE bills as I've had for several years. Thank you for your consideration regarding this matter.
