I am very disappointed in DTE. I am 81 years old and on oxygen 24/7. I had a very large bill of 815 dollars. I called and was told I could pay 350 which my nephew agreed To when he called they said he must pay 815 because I broke my protection plan. The reps were not overly friendly. I must tell you DTE has changed dramatically in the last hurst he your method iit so. Again I was not happy with the way I was treated. Hope you will try and changed customer service
