I need your intervention as soon as possible. I am dealing with the Home Energy Plan regarding a leaking shower handle that is creating mold and running my water bill up. Apparently they are having a problem with the Home Service company because it is taking an extremely long time in addition to a price I cannot afford. I am approaching 80 years old and this is very frustrating. I also am dealing with the same company regarding my 2 low boy toilets and stopped up sink on the second floor. I am extremely depressed about these problems.
