I worked 38 years for the Detroit Edison Company. Retired in 2006 I am very saddened to hear Trenton Channel will be sold( that is the plant I retired from) and River Rouge will be sold( That is the plant I spent 28 years in) and I started at Delray which is gone and spent 3 moth's at Monroe and 4 years at Beacon Heating Plant. Quite a far difference from the large plants. I left at 58 and am now 70. Was a great career thanks DTE and a wonderful retirement. And I miss the folks but not the extremely hot days and nights in the plants. All the best to you Mr. Anderson.
