On February 21 I received and email from DTE saying my service would be turned on at an address i did not know and i did not request this service, so i called immediately and told DTE i did not order service, this is not my address and i do not know who did this so i told them DO NOT turn on service in my name at this address and i was assured that it would be cancelled. Well now im in collection because DTE turned on service on anyways after they were told this was possible fraud but I actually suspected dte system mess up because not too many people commit fraud with there real address. So i called dte back and was connected to the fraud dept i waited for 50 more mins then i was disconnected so i call back and still got no where so at this point im to upset to talk civil because of no help unless i waited even longer on the phone, my life is complicated enough we live of ssdi because i and my hubby both have cancer he has seizure when stressed ect i dont need anymore BS in my life. I want the recording of my call on feb 21 all though i was told there wasnât one i say bull i say you record calls . Fed up with incompetent people and companies that dont right there wrong.
