I have been trying off and on since April 20, 2020 through May 5, 2020 to get a problem resolved. i cannot login to our account and no one at Duke Energy Progress/NC can seem to be able to help. They keep bouncing me from one person to another each telling me I need to talk to someone else. This is unreal as I always been able to logon and for some reason I cannot do it now. I am being told because I have solar net metering I can't do it - well they are wrong because my son has the same set up and he can logon. If you can help I would appreciate it.
