@dunkindonuts – Nigel Travis – Dear Mr Travis, I am contacting you to let you know how frustrating it is

Phyllis Nolte sent a message to Nigel Travis that said:

Dear Mr Travis,

I am contacting you to let you know how frustrating it is to call your company (Dunkin Donuts) when you have a problem. I received an offer that stated if you purchase a $25.00 Dunkin Donut gift card that I would receive an additional $10.00 card. I made the purchase and did not receive the $10.00 card. I called your company and was on hold for 45 minutes before I could speak to a representative. When I eventually got through to a person they could not help me and referred me to acompany called Cash Star who was I guess running this program for your company. I called Cash Star and after 10 minutes of going through a recorded message I finally got to talk with someone. The program stated on the promotion that I received that it would run from 11/26/18 - 12/24/18, well their representative informed me the program ended on 11/28. I told him to cancel my credit purchase of the $25.00 Dunkin Donut gift card as I felt it seemed to me a bit fraudulent making this offer then cancelling without notice after 2 days. I wanted to make you aware of this as I probably will never accept an offer again that involves Dunkin Donuts.
