We have been in contact with the General Manager Donna Machi and she has not been helpful at all and even rather argumentative. We contacted your customer service via email on 09/24/19 and they stated that they would have someone to follow up-as of today we have not heard anything else. Our case# 06022952-this is my last request for resolution before I go to all forms of social media and publicly express our dissatisfaction with your company.
