I worked at Dunkin Donuts at 6250 Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Celebration, Fl as of 9/18/2020.
I was terminated due to supposedly having my drawer short. Me and my night manager had a worker on light duty work with us that week that used our numbers. I have NEVER been short at my register and I refused to sign the write up as I did not take money. Our manager refused to give our tips to us and "lost" my tips from other weeks.
Management also leaves drugs laying around...I do have pictures. They also had a broken lock on the front door for months!
Their ice cream cooler was broken where we had melted ice cream and they wanted us to sell. I refused to sell it to the customers!
Dunkin Donuts has a problem with this location. I have worked in corporate for 35 yrs in accounts receivable and I have NEVER seen such mismanagement in my career.
Your customer service department was of no help to me to resolve this. if I have to contact legal I will but I will hold out hope for a response or a phone number to the franchise owner
