During the phone call I returned a dress I purchased with my Macys card ( reason I opened it) in store. I know that in store purchases need to be returned in store and an EXCEPTION was made and i was assured everything would be taken care of. I received call and was hung up on PURPOSELY several times and accused of putting a non Macys item in with my return. This morning FINALLY speaking with Anna employee # 91022190and being told notes were not read and there is nothing she can do. I have been on hold for almost an hour. This is not acceptable and I will make sure that my treatment by your company is exposed. AFTER the balance is credited to my account I want it CLOSED and will encourage all my friends and family to do the same. I am also sharing a copy of this email to corporate
