My 13 yr old daughter has been playing SIMS4 for a year now. She set up the game last summer. Very proud of herself. We have been adding to it for a year. She was very happy. We have been adding expansion packs and some other stuff I don't quite understand. Oddly, she suddenly was unable to login to her account. The account info was updated long ago to current information yet we did not receive any emails when attempting to reset password. Finally in online help chat she was told she needed the original email address. Unfortunately, free email address are throwaways, even kids need know that. And, no , she did not make note of it last year. So we are told the account is dead. Ok, I told her to ride her bike more since I'm not rebuying everything. Really, stealing form little kids? Sleep well.
