hello, i have recently been on contact with one of your ea advisors regarding an issue in fifa 20. i explained i have put a lot of money into the game and i cant delete my fut account. the constantly told me they could not do anything and they could not put me forward to another team of higher authority. i then requested a full refund on all in game purchases or the players back i had on that account. the account is xLUCKY9ACESx / marley167seal@outlook.com. i did mention if this was not resolved i would be taking this action further.
