I am writing to you Mr. Wilson because I have gone through the normal channels of opening cases ,(62843412) last case with EA,, trying to restore my POGO account that got deleted about four months ago.
I filled out all the info on case 62843412, as required, some I did not have the answer to, or my IP address to my laptop.
My Pogo Member name was cantwegetalong76, and sign on is rburke7117@comcast.net, it got deleted.
My membership was just renewed 39.99, automatically, deducted from my bank account.
I am paying for something I can not use, nor can I speak with someone that understands my problem. One advisor wanted to access my laptop remotely, this problem has nothing to do with my laptop. I have another account with Pogo, grayghost7117, mburke7117, that I do not pay a membership fee and I can play games, limited of course. So, my laptop is not the problem.
If they could transfer my membership that I just paid for to the grayghost7117 then I would be all set.
