Billy Yates sent a message to Earl Hesterberg that said:

Good morning, my name is Billy Yates and I purchased a car from one of your dealerships. On 3-30 I purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Honda of Freehold in Freehold, NJ. This dealer and in particular Samuel Fowler used dishonest and predatory tactics to beat me out of several hundred dollars. I doubt there is much I can do about that, but they also put in gap insurance that I told them not to. I realized this after 2 weeks and went into the dealership to cancel. I have signed paperwork showing the canceling of the gap insurance on 4-20-19 as well. As of 5-15-19 that 1500 has not been returned to my financing company. The dealership finance manager Mike Simpson so far has not returned my emails or phone calls. Is there anything help you can offer your customer in this matter? Thank you...Billy Yates
