I do hope you are well. I am sorry to trouble you but feel that I have no other option. I am having major problems with Barons Borehamwood BMW. Stirling Way, Borehamwood WD6 2BT. Two members of staff Michael Knobbs and his boss (Service manager) Steve Stylianou have been avoiding any calls from me after my car was brought in due to the battery which is in the boot going into flames (may I add which is right beside the fuel tank) luckily no one was injured. I wont bore you with the details but is there any way please you could send them an email to not treat their customer in this matter and deal with matters at hand. they have had my car for weeks and have been avoiding me. I have been left without a car for weeks. Thank you in advance and have a lovely evening.
