earlier i have written a letter on 29th april mentioning that i am facing problem due to your damaged faulty mobile. inspite of my repeated reminder you didnot care to observed the geniuness of matter which is very disconsolate and also discomfort me. my total trust and confidence collapsed reading your reply which is below my expectation.
your attention to a customer is upto the warranty or believing any last long relationship also!!!! i personally feel abandoned by company to desert me when i needed. how irresponsible!!! it is just a matter of 15 days of fininshing the warranty and you withdraw your responsiblity. if it was within warranty then haven't you cooperated to mend it ???
this way i am purchasing high range mobile and damaged in one year then how can i sustain to survive in financial situation?? THIS HAPPENED AFTER DOING SERVICING IN YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ON 05/04/2016, and you are blaming me for this caused. this is totally injustice to me.
you proved your policy to a customer and allow me to go for other brand which are available at a very cheaper rate and also durable. this faulty incidence never heard to be happened in my surrounding or in my group. this is clearly seen that you waved off your cooperation due to my unfortunate circumstance of warranty period.
never never expected from such a big group.
