Dear Mr. Egeck,

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience ordering from EB online. As a long time customer of EB, I was used to great quality clothes, and a company that put the customer first. Unfortunately that has changed and thus has left me with such a bad feeling that I will not purchase anything from EB again. In addition I will fight the twinge if annoyance I will experience when I wear the EB clothes I already own. Or, perhaps I will just get rid of them.
