Mr. Egeck I have been an Eddie Bauer customer for a long time. I wear Eddie Bauer slacks exclusively at work. On Oct 22 I ordered 2 pair of slacks that were listed as "in Stock" As of today I have not received them and your "Customer Service" act disinterested ,unempowered to solve problems and experts at excuses. If this is how you want your company represented. I am sure I can find a new place to shop
