Mr. Egeck, This evening 10/14 I spent 90" driving to an from the Boise Idaho Mall in order to go to your store there. Prior to going I checked the website which indicated it was Open till 9pm. I arrived at 6:50pm to find it was closed down due to covid. I went to the store several weeks ago and it was open. Other dept stores at the mall tonight were open. You need no find out why this wasn't relayed on the website for the future. Also I went tonight because of repeated emails about a 50% sale ending today along with $20 in coupons that I wont be able to use with that sale on a winter coat. I am a long time customer and would like to hear back from you and what can be done about the situation.
