I'm a very frustrated customer, I recently purchased a spa from your Dickson City location and was given finance options and @ that time i was told there were 2 promotions i selected 1 and also was advised i could change these option before I received my hot tub. I called today to change 6/12 and was told to contact Wells Fargo. When I contacted Wells Fargo they told me Leslie had to change the selection when I called back the Dickson City store they told me Well Fargo had to do it & they were too busy to handle this at the moment and would call back to me this is not acceptable business practice. Please help me out with this issue.
