3-13-2017 NO medicine or any contact of any kind.
3-12-2017 Still NO medicine or email, phone calls or mail explaining why my medicine did not show up Thursday as it was supposed to as Accredo had told me o phone.
I take this as a refusal to obtain my medicine again. Legal action being investigated.
No response from ANYONE concerning why medication didnt show up Thursday as I was told. I have two days of medicine. Anthem and its companies are liers, incompetent and hypocrites. I have proof to back up every word. Why the department of insurance has done NOTHING is beside me. Nobody will do their JOBS! Time to get legal advice. 3-11-2017
I was to get my order yesterday. I sat all day. Guess what. NOTHING SHOWED UP, I RECEIVED NO PHONE CALL. This is complete incompetence on Anthem and its companies. I received approval thru March 2018. I expect my medicine overnight to me. 3-10-2017
