Angela Johnson sent a message to Craig Menear Chairman, CEO and President of The Home Depot email address that said:
Employees in your Evanston, Illinois stores has engaged in unethical behavior and I believe committed an intentional fraudulent act against me by charging me more than the contracted amount on my Citibank Home Depot credit card. I have been trying for years to get this matter resolve to no avail. I have acted in complete good faith, only to have Home Depots sale managers, regional managers and credit manager lie and do everything to ignore me and my concerns. I have been wronged by Home Depot, and would like your assistance in resolving this matter.
