Hello,
I know you might night have time to read this but I have very unfair service from center-point energy.
I been customer for more than 10 years and I have not miss any payments until we recently move to this new area. They said they disconnected the services due to none payment but we setted up the automatic payment with the agent. I ask the supervisor to review that because that's how we were instructed and they said it was never done it right.
And now they are charging me for deposit and re-connection and some other fees ?... This is so unfair after being royal customer for more than 10 years. I moved 3 times in my life here in Houston but I only used centerpoint energy.
And supervisor was really rude. she just hung up the phone and I had to call back so many times.
She also just put me to this automatic system and told her to call her back but she went to lunch.

I don't know how person is the supervisor position can do that? and when I called back to ask to speak to Yameth. Another person said we are not allow to ask for specific people?.. so customers are not allow to ask specific supervisor they've talk to ? and what do you mean by not allowed ?.. The way they talk and lack of professionalism is such a disappointing..
