I have been without power for more than 12 hours today! Have not received a Power Alert, cannot reach customer service and I have 18 guests visiting to honor a deceased veteran (his wife is on life support /oxygen and we are charging her battery AGAIN in my minivan)! Since building our home on 7 acres two years ago, we have had several outages every month, with horrible repair turnaround times and today we spent 238 minutes on the phone, waiting for customer service! Your service is terrible, your repairs times are outrageous, your Power Alert Service is a joke and your customer service is nonexistent! Wake up dude...I live in Fort Bend County, not in a third world country. I am getting six hotel rooms for my guests tonight, will lose 100's of dollars in food in our fridge and freezers (as usual) and your company does not give a holy damn! Congrats on owning the shittiest utility company in the free world!!!! Way to treat your senior citizens, veterans and law enforcement personnel!! Kudos!
