I am truly hoping the reaches someone who can handle my horrible experience with CenterPoint energy. That work has had to stop because your company could not set up a temp pole since September 11. Which cost us money we do not have. When I request a supervisor, she failed to get on the phone But said she would have my request expedited and look for the service request from Reliant. When Reliant sent the request they rejected it. No one called me back, and each time they want to blame Reliant. Jose said they had no permit, when I contacted the City, Angie informed me the fax Was confirmed and sent on September 11. When I called back to Centerpoint, I was then told they did have the permit, it was for a permanent and not a temp pole. The city informed me the fax says for temp pole. ESID 1008901023901309470117. It bad enough having do deal with Harvey problems, but there is no reason for CenterPoint to shut down our house being built because of errors.
