Mr. Prochazka,
I built a new home at 711 Pinehaven in Houston. The fact that CP has not removed the temporary meter has created a situation that I cannot get my inspections or fully move Ito my home. I and my family are homeless at a cost to us. I moved the temporary to permanent 2-3 months ago and was told CP would cancel the temporary meter. Otherwise, how could I get permanent? Then I find out in mid May from CP I was to have the energy provider for the temporary meter to call and have the meter removed. Wow! Never told that. So, I called May 21st and created a order and was told it would be 5 days. It is now June 4th and I have talked to supervisor after supervisor with promises to find out and call back. Guess what? No responses. This is not right to have a monopoly like this and have folks who really don't care. Can any one help please.
