Please help as today felt fearful for safety of family, pets and self by your representative Bret.
He threatened me as he held large orange club as he tried to enter my home after told to stay out and he even called the police to have them arrest me for not allowing him in my home. They never came but did ask me if I wanted him arrested.
He changed meter but did not tell us until done and was leaving note. I smelt gas and have birds but he could care less. He said that he would restart but failed to start water heater saying it was junk (new) and that made "by damn mexicans or chinese " and torn bottom filter off. He then went to furnace and did not check gas line but just left. Wife asked him why new meter and he said it was because of Obama. She asked if would effect bill and he said would to pay for new truck. Neither appeared to be joke. I asked his name and he refused only pointing to his shirt and refused supervisor\'s name or number.
We call your service for help which took 20 min. to get through but no one came but him again even though we had told operator of fear and rudeness by him. We continued to plea for help for 2 hours and a Donald said he would write for supervisor but he never came or called. Other contacted including a Nicole at leak line refused any supervisor and finally your customer service had us on hold for 20 plus minute and phone when dead at 5 PM without answer.
As we waited he sat in truck in front of house for over 1.5 hours then a Mark came in and was understanding and did what should have been done. He knew now why Bret said above, acted threatening, made prejudicial comments on other nationalities or president and comment on you buying new trucks.
Please provider to Mr Prochayha and anyone that cares about how we were treated by Bret, lack of support by your staff. I have to consider his threat verbally and preceived physical require possible legal action by us, his comments require training by HR, his attitude needs to be corrected and your staff should give help when one calls for help. I do not want to talk to him or have him on my property as he could have hurt us and he did hurt your company\'s name. As of now no supervisor has called us and only Mark said I sorry.
I am very upset and plan to contact others but hope you make it right as Mark alone did. Hope you respond
