BIG PROBLEMS :
1) cheats and hacks in the game... all are using them you know it better.. ...the question is why you dont block these cheats... we that dont use cheats what we should??? stop playing wot or use cheats too??
2) match making is for the garbage.. (in my opinion and in the other 50 friends i have playing wot)
biggest example is that a great majority of matches end same score... 3-15 15-3 4-15 15-4 etc... enough is enough in that too..
3) BOTS.. we bet that you are using them in the game to fill servers.. especially in daily base.. not so much at weekends...the hilarious part is that you have a report reason (AFK/BOT) .. HILARIOUS...if you dont use them at least stop players from using them...
4) all premium tanks are upgraded the only premium tank not upgraded is t34 VIII heavy american tank... in our opinion (and thats not i and my 50 almost friends but great majority of players) agree on since we payed an amount of around 40 euros you dont have any round to change its powers... enough is enough on that too....
5) MEDIUM TANKS... enough is enough on medium tanks.. cant be better and same cannon with heavies... change the tilte at least at (WORLD OF MEDIUM TANKS..)
P.S i dont know why i am writing this but im sure nobody is going to read it and nobody is going to fix anything.. but please at least tell me how can send my complains to the owners of your company because i am no kid i am over 30s been in the army traveled around the world on a ship .. been an owner of a internet cafe game room since 09... i play wot since 2012 and the past 2 years honestly i lost having fun playing a pathetic game as you the staff of wot made it...
P.S 1 : (dont bother answer to me with a copy paste answers you usually do to complain emails)
P.S 2: in my work when one of my employees damages my product has penalties and are responsible of their acts... probably your boss dont care anymore since money keeps runing in.. i stopped buying premium account since 2 months now because your product is damaged and not suited for me
P.S 3: i have introduced your game to many of my clients friends family and etc... half of them stopped playing and for the rest i am ashamed.. since are all the time mad about your product ..
PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR ALL THE ABOVE I WROTE TO YOU.. AND JUST FOR YOU TO KNOW THESE ISSUES ARE ONLY THE TIP OF THE MOUNTAIN... some days ago a friend of mine told me that you are very lucky that all the other games of the same type .. are not good as wot WAS... AND YOU ARE LUCKY FOR THAT.
