Sir, In my 81+ years, 16 as an external consultant to Fortune 500 corporations, Iâve never encountered a worse company to deal with on administrative matters. Support personnel ate dozens of hours of my time through basic incompetence and supervisory personnel never followed through, and they never solved my problem. I had AUTOPAY set up finally by mail. Account #179628847 My wife (separated) is also on our account. That caused the problem. PLEASE get someone to confirm my Autopay account because it is not reflected on my current bill.
Also, one of your direct reports hunts with us in Arkansas. He never returned my call after an urgent voice message to help wilt thils mess.
