Iâm trying to get someone higher at energy to talk to me about an issue at a home I just purchased. During renovations the bill stayed really low then noticed a sky rocket in the bill. Had them come out for the energy worker and 2 licensed electricians to find energyâs side had 3 bad wires sending surges from high to low Voltages through the home. The bill went from $20 to $40 to $260 and $313 in the months of January and February. which I had to pay! Claims department paid for the 4 power tools that burnt up in the process but no one will talk to me anymore about the why the 2 bills are being denied. I spoke with supervisor cherelle today and she told me she will no longer talk to me about the issue and will no longer submit a request for someone to talk to me! I offered to pay $100 of each of the bills but there is no way it could have been $200 and $300 with no one living there! I have 2 kids and still have to pay the energy bill at the other home we do live at. We do not live at this home yet with the problem wires bc itâs still under renovations, we did not have a heater or air unit , I have have proof of this.
