Really enjoyed listening to you today on the Jeremy Vine show. I did try to call in but was unsuccessful. I have travelled with Ryan Air with different degrees of satisfaction - but you offer good routes at good prices so you weigh the service up when choosing.
This weekend I booked 6 flights with you to Italy aware we would have to book a car at Bologna I was interested in the car hire price gaurentee at the bottom of the flight booking page.
Whilst my wife was filing in all the passenger details I looked around to see the cost of a 7 seater car, your price was good but I could find it £30+ cheaper. I couldnt see where you could insert the cheaper price when booking on the site so rang the customer service line. I explained the situation and the lady seemed amazed I had rang and amazed that I was suggesting it could be done cheaper. She asked me to email her proof - I sent the email which clearly showed all the details. She then emailed me saying this wasnt sufficient I had to send a screen grab which i did and sent her that back too.
I haven't heard anything back.
I am sure this is an over sight or is the price guarantee a marketing ploy?
