Good Morning again Christopher. Hope all is well this morning. Please have someone, or yourself, respond to this question. Your field inspector requested a ServePro estimate for mold remediation. Upon the estimate receipt, he did not share the estimate with the homeowner and claims adjustor. He also told the homeowner that the estimate did not exist. Would this act be consistent with your organization policy? Claims adjustor, Thomas Picarelli could not answer the question and had no opinion. I do not wish to seek legal counsel or contact the police until I can verify this act as insurance fraud.
