John Langer sent a message to Thomas May that said:
Dear Mr. Judge,
I just began service with your company in February, and have been disappointed from almost the beginning.
Your company turned off service without any notice because you didn't have my ID information. I was very upset.
Now I emailed your supervisors in the Contact Center who has not replied to me in over 24 hours, which I feel is an adequate amount of time. He quoted me certain rates, I selected a company based on those rates, and the actual rates were higher. I questioned this, and he has not responded in a timely manner.
I would appreciate some action on my inquiry. Thank you.
