I love your Origins product and regular customer for last 5 years and last black Friday promotions i ordered some products and today 12/01/2015 i received email from Customer service department saying its card authorization issue but unfortunately its late response from your CSR department to notify and its already expired BF promotions, So called customer service to correct to card and reprocess representative who answered called it fit for nothing and its looks like just sake of work she is there, no proper response and guidance to re-process the orders always says "Cancelled" word repeatedly for any questions.
Just bring to your notice and inform for my frustration and to avoid future like this.
