I am writing to ask if it would be possible to make an exception to what is apparently your policy to not provide sample bottles of Estee Lauder Knowing. I have been wearing this perfume for 35 years and am diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Instead of ashes after cremation I would love to be able to leave my loved ones little bottles of the scent they associate with me. Customer service said no, I'm hoping you would say yes. I'm only talking about 1 dozen sample bottles. I am willing to pay.
