Greetings Timothy, I am a Broker in Key West Florida, I have tried to get some answers and information concerning a property located here at 3367 Donald Ave, Key West, Fl. 33040 that has been siting vacant for three years (owner passed) and now you have foreclosed on it in April 2018 and the property is sitting there. It appears you were trying to do some repairs and the city has red tagged the property, so again it is just sitting there. This is also a member of a HOA and those fees will be adding up. I have clients that would like to purchase it and yet we cannot seem to get anywhere. In fact I was told it could take up to 2 or 3 years to get the property listed. WHAT GIVES?
