Hi my name is Merrilyn Terry and my husband and I bought a 2018 Jeep Latitude less that two months ago. About a week after we bought it we noticed that the paint had come off around the backup camera. The dealers solution was here you go and handed us a small container of paint. Next we had a rattle in the back passenger door. We have had it to the shop and two separate occasions, all day, and it is worse that it was. The repairman told me today that there were no clips around the window and the speaker in the door was bad and he had to order another one. What ? On a 2018. I cant seem to get the car fixed. Any solutions. I really wished now I hadn't purchased this car. Any help. Can I get the car exchanged. I love the Jeep but seems like I get a bad one. Please help.
