I was an employee with FedEx Express warehouse in Atlanta, Ga. I am writing to make a complaint, I started working in October of 2018 and loved it, but my biggest situation is that we have 3-4 people to a truck, one person pulling packages one person scanning and the other two employees is loading the truck. On my slide 131 it is two employees working one person pulling and scanning and the other person loading. Sometimes our Supervisor or team leader would adds another employee to help load and the person would start loading and then disappear for hours leaving the other employee to load by themselves. After address the situation and still nothing is being done, On March 7th I refuse to continue loading the truck by myself and told the team leader I quit because i feel like this scheduling and our truck situation is being done deliberately to my coworker and me.
