Dear Abby,
I am emailing you directly to try and escalate my concern. In short I was trying to make a trade on Friday 13th but your call center hold time was over 45 minutes and could not trade. I have the names of the Associate Charlie Garcia in 401k and Douglas ( Doug) Terry Supervisor that said "sorry....its after 4pm. I was on hold for 45min, transfered 3 times and wanted to lock in Fridays price. I lost that opportunity due to your companies support process. I also tried online and could not trade. I need to speak to a VP level as I want my Friday Trade amount for March 13th. It's unconscionable that I could loose my life saving because Fidelity didn't anticipate call volume? Please have someone call me asap with resolution. 5617045778.
