William Monroe sent a message to Abigail Johnson that said:
Hi Abigail,
As a Fidelity Investments mutual fund investor since 1994, I request you review the latest semiannual reports of the Fidelity Select Biotechnology fund and explain why you haven't replaced the fund manager. The funds performance during an overall rising market is unacceptable.
