My ex-husband Gregory Modster and I were divorced in June 2015. Since then a QDRO was issued to Fidelity by the courts of Los Angeles. Unfortunately, to date I have not been able to receive any separation of funds via your legal department. I need to be able to access the funds so that I can purchase a place to live.
