I am very unhappy because for the 6th time today when I logged onto my Fidelity account the 2-factor ID did NOT occur again. I have discussed the problem with Mr. Chris Stone on Jan. 14 and Feb. 5, but it continues although it did work briefly after each discussion.

Can you have someone fix the problem?
