Ms. Johnson - I am writing you to inform you of my very upsetting conversation I had today with Tim Gardner, Manager in the Pension Dept who is located in North Carolina. I am working with the Pension Dep to receive my late husband's pension with IBM. I sent all documentation back to Fidelity in Oct 2018. During multiple follow up conversations I learned that Fidelity processed my Election Form wrong. Mr. Gardner told me that he would call me back next week with an update. I told him that was unacceptable. I was expecting him to provide an update today. I asked for his managers name and he told me "that is not going to happen. This is going no further then with him". I will file a formal complaint to follow protocol but would like to either speak with you or a member of your executive team to help finalize this matter. This is unacceptable under normal circumstances, but under this type of duress, is very painful. Will you kindly email me. Any assistance you can provide I will be extremely appreciative.
