Ms. Johnson, My name is Ron Bransom. I am the brother of Linda Jean Bransom who passed away in December of 2018. At that time she had a 401K with T. Rowe Price that has sense been transferred to Fidelity investments. The account should be listed under Estate of Linda Jean Bransom Deceased. As of October of 2019, I as made by the courts in Texas the Independent Administrator to my sister's estate. I had already been working with reps with T Rowe Price on closing the account when it suddenly got moved to Fidelity because the company my sister worked for moved it. As I sent in all the needed paperwork to T Rowe Price, I have also sent in all the same paperwork to the rep with Fidelity Investments. All of this started with Fidelity in February this year. Per what I am told Fidelity is still waiting on T Rowe to correct something in paperwork. I am told by T Rowe everything they have sent is correct. Rep with Fidelity says no. Twice now I have gotten both party's on conference calls to get this resolved. I am still after 4 months waiting to be able to get this closed and my sister's estate account finished and wrapped up with the Probate. Fidelity is all that waits. I know the court judge is waiting for a resolution, and my lawyer wants to fill lawsuit. I do not wish this, ans I am simply asking for a little bit of help. This is not a large account. It is only around $14,000, but this does need t get resolved, and I am honestly asking for some help to get this moving. My phone number is 817-805-9832.
