Nat Pernick sent a message to Greg Carmichael that said:
Dear Mr. Carmichael,
My aunt and I were the recent victims of the fraudulent use of a Fifth Third credit card. The card's address was changed to a specified address in Florida, and then was used for $4K of purchases. Fortunately, your staff cancelled the card and remedied the financial problems to us. However, I believe your bank should take legal action against this criminal behavior, which you refuse to do. It is important to stop this behavior from occuring to others.
