For (7) Months now I have been trying to get a simple monthly statement on my Equity loan with 5/3. They stopped coming in Jan.2017. I have contacted your normal customer dept. with the answers " I don\'t know, everything we checked indicates it being sent, to no followup or returned calls. At my local office I get the same answers or none at all,or no replies. I have heard it\'s the post office fault, but my other (2) account are delivered, WHY NOT THIS ONE. We all have the same address. We have changed cities, from a township to the postal city despite having the other 2 accounts with the townships. NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. I have checked and double checked thru the web site as everyone else has to insure mail delivery. I\'m sure , but EVERYONE GIVES UP AND I\'M STILL WONDERING WHO IS GETTING MY STATEMENTS?????
