good afternoon
i am contacting to for assistance in overdraft fees i was under the assumption i had overdraft protection.. to my surprise every time i speak to a rep i am told yes i do but not linked to a actual account.. how does that work? this morning at 9:47 am i had a low balance at 1:22pm i had overdraft fees ... at 6 am this morning i logged into my account (morning ritual) seen a negative balance i transferred funds from to other quickly which left the low balance .. currently i am not satisfied with the out come of this i try to avoid a minus balance just to get hit with overdrafts
