Good day! My name is David Darby and I reside in Austin Texas. My aunt Dorris L Kent has an account with your bank. Unfortunately at this time she is located in a nursing center in Stephenville Texas where she is unable to speak or reason as a result of age, 95, and severe Alzheimer disease. The POA of Dorris L Kent is Mary D Ford, my sister. Mary D Ford suffered a stroke about two months ago and I am now the POA for Mary D Ford. Now I am in the process of becoming POA for Dorris L Kent. I submitted a legal POA to Annie Davis at your branch in Indianapolis. She has informed me that it is 53bank's policy not to accept a legal in any court in the land POA from me. This POA is notarized by a certified notary in the state of Texas. Annie has informed me the only way she will accept the POA is if I make a trip to Indianapolis to sign your paperwork.
