Good Morning Mr. Carmichael,
I have been a loyal customer for many years however this is about to change due to the customer service that 53rd does no longer believe in. I have had 3 mortgages through you, all my personal bank accounts are through you. Last year I received a letter wanting proof of flood insurance through the condo association where I reside, the information was received in the insurance department (Sue that works in that department is amazing) I was sent a letter early February that had a new flood insurance policy which the insurance department has no idea where this came from added to my new mortgage/ escrow payment which if I didn't give the information I knew would be added but the information was provided . On 2/8/2019 I contacted the escrow department which then the fun just began because no one I mean no one with your company would help other than Sue. The Mortgage and escrow department are unable to help because they keep saying it isn't there department but Sue from the insurance department said there is no policy needed! Spoke with Bob in the mortgage department would not and will not help and as far as I am concerned is useless answering the phone because without even looking up my account with Sue on the phone said it wasn't his problem. I asked for his supervisor she said that all the information was going before a review board and I would hear from them shortly, it is Wednesday morning and not an email as of yet. This is an error on the bank and no one in the establishment wants to deal with. I am avidly going to look for a new bank to re finance my mortgage and to also bank with at this point. If you are able and willing to help that would be great but at this point the right and left hand are not working together, so the customer loses.
