After many attempts at getting an issue resolved, I am calling on you help me better understand the lack of efficiency in processing my loan request.
In late August/early September 2017 I applied for a loan ; a mortgage refinance. After providing all verification, on March 2, 2018 I was informed they could not process my loan. The reason ; they chose not to do business with my condo association. However, the written letter states differently. The letter sites lack of verification. Absolutely untrue and I have the proof.
Please contact me regarding this issue since going through other channels has been fruitless.
